My Goals:
I was 100 kgs once and now i am 76 kgs. I know its a biggest achievement for me. However, i want to get down to 68kgs . Ideally i have to be around 60kgs but i will be super happy if i can reach 68kgs. =)
My Program:
Walking,Hiking, Running, Aerobics and just started with gym for a month. I hope that i can lose weight .
