I gained alot of weight during a time of adversity also. It is really hard, but you have to just remember who you are and what your goals and dreams are. It matters. Good luck on your journey. Melissa

Just stopping by to say hello and let you know u are not alone and keep the faith don't give up I do know what you are going through ,when you loss weight only to put it back on, thing get hazy and YOU start to doubt your ability to ever keep weight off there are alot of sparkpeople that have gained weight and then loss weight and kept it off so all things are possible emoticon

One day at a time.
Make time for you.
Meditate - find your spiritual comfort zone and rest there at least once a day for 2 minutes (or as long as you can)
Cook large meals and freeze em to help cut cooking times in the evening.
Scream if you feel like it will make you feel better. Sometimes you've gotta get it out!
Lastly, focus on the good and positive things in your life. Starting with you...only a good positive person would work 3 jobs to take care of 3 children. Dont feel bad if housework falls to the wayside, you can always find someone to help out with household stuff if absolutely necessary.

I feel for you as I know what it is to be working full time and trying to maintain work and home. We're all rooting for you; I'm just glad you werent afraid to reach out to SP for the pep talk.
