My Goals:
I WANT TO RUN A MARATHON!
And do it before my 30th birthday (which is in two years/)

I want to get down to 135lbs.

I want to tone and firm my tummy and arms.

I want to maintain and increase my over all fitness and enjoy everyday!

My Program:
RUN: 3x per week
GYM: 2x per week--weights and swimming


Personal Information:
I am what I think I am: I am strong. I am an athlete, I am capable of managing my weight and still being happy. I CAN run a marathon and I WILL keep going even if fail once or twice or many times. I am what a I want to be--I just need to keep trying.
