Starting small and working myself to the big hard goals!

Well I'm 30 and this isn't my first try at Sparkpeople. I started well over a year ago but really I didn't start anything more than me lying to myself trying to fit in all the while suffering of a great anxiety to life all the while living one I despise. I don't mean everything about my life but where my life was headed. So I thought I start again but with smaller goals and when I accomplish these smaller goals I will start the next big thing. I need something to concentrate on... why not my ...

My Goals:
My goals are to change my life completely. I'm starting small and working my way up. As of now I'm working on gaining confidence from anxiety and depression with a doctors help. My health related goals are to walk my dog daily and strength train twice weekly and yoga at least once weekly.

My Program:
Walk dog daily
Strength train twice weekly
Yoga weekly


Personal Information:
I'm from lot's of places always looking for the right one. Day dreaming my life away.

I just started Sparkpeople, and also suffer from anxiety and everything you described. I plan on doing this just like you, starting with the small stuff. Good luck to you.

The food tracker is great , do not be over whelmed if you are eating a lot more calories than you thought with Small changes one at a time day by day it will add up . emoticon to Spark People and the Taming the *Sweet Tooth* team. I have been fighting keep my sweet tooth under control since childhood and realized that not eating properly has been the cause of many of my aches and pains that I decided to get serious about being fit and healthy as I age.

The sweet tooth is the one thing that gives me the most problem in my diet and bit by bit I am learning to tame that sweet tooth.

Thanks for joining the team and together, we can tame the *sweet tooth* in our lives. I started over a couple of times with Spark People and as they as, three times is the charm, I finally feel like something has clicked and am now craving less sweets. I still have a ways to go though. Looking forward to getting to know you
