My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to be at 147 on my wedding day in November. I know it is a long shot, but I've been there before and it is definitely doable with some hard work and careful planning.

My Program:
I go to bootcamp every morning 6 days a week. For the next few weeks, I'll be doubling up on Friday so I'll have 7 sessions a week.

My body responds to having more protein than other people. I feel fuller longer when I eat lots of lean protein. I also love fruits and veggies and try to pack my day with them.

Hello MYS-TRI, welcome to the road runners. It so hard to understand why training for a tri wouldn't just make the weight fall off...but that's not how it work. I would like to lost body fat. I run 30 miles a week and it anything...I have gained body fat over the past couple weeks. SO frustrating. Gail

Just wanted to tell you that the title of your latest recipe "clean the fridge casserole" gave me a chuckle. Evidently your fridge is a lot cleaner than mine!
