What you accomplished is amazing since most of those who joined when you did gave up and quit. You loved yourself and wanted to be the best, so you WILL get to your goal.

What do you want for yourself this third year? emoticon

Two worthwhile books to read are:
SHRINK YOURSELF by Roger Gould, M.D. on not regaining pounds from stress,

AND: "The SOUTH BEACH DIET" by Arthur Agatston, M.D. on why it is difficult for us to lose with Insulin Resistance/Metabolic Syndrome. Dr. Agatston never started out to write a "diet" book, but wanted to help his patients not have heart attacks and diabetes.
