I'm cutting portions, and keeping track every day using the nutrition tracker - I love it and find it very helpful. I am also finding spark fitness videos that I like and I've started walking.

Michelle - So glad what Im doing is helpful to you! I just love Sparkpeople -- It really gives us the ability to "write the vision" and "wtick with the plan!" Have you tried many of the SP videos?
