On my way to a slimmer me

Started with SP in January 2010 and in the course of the year I managed to lose 30 lbs......and gain 14 of those lbs. My goal is still to lose those elusive lbs., but now my main focus is consistency. Exercise 5-6 days a week. Change forever my eating habits. I have learned so much on this website, I'm so glad I was introduced to it. Now I'm returning the favor and introducing others to it as well.

My Goals:
My new goal for 2012 is to find a workout routine that I can stick to and be consistent

My Program:
I am using the Wii Fit Plus and the Elliptical Trainer for my strength and cardio workouts and also the ocassional jog/walk with a friend if it's nice outside. I'm focusing on tracking not only my exercise but more importantly my food intake.

ChaLEAN Extreme focuses more on strength training with little cardio. It is challenging, but I feel great afterwards! Only began it, so I don't have much experience with it. But there is a spark team that is doing it, stop by and check it out!

Hiya Myrna!!!!! Hope you can get your fitness minutes added. We're flying to Japan. I've tried a couple of other challenges, and this one is the longest I've stuck with it. Having team goals really helps.
