Be good to yourself....you are worth it!

I love to eat, laugh, and have fun. I am trying to love watching my food intake and exercising. I want to be healthy and loosing weight is just a part of that. I hate dieting. I am an emotional eater who loves late night snacking and am constantly looking for ways around this eating habit.

My Goals:
February 2011 goals:
1. Exercise 3 times per week for a minimum of 45 minutes
2. Exercise 3 times per week for a minimum of 30 minutes
3. Log my food every day and try keep to 1500 to 1800 calories per day
4. Loose 15 pounds by June 30, 2011
5. myself and change those negative messages into positive ones



My Program:
Things I am doing to reach my goals:
1. Cook healthy meals on Sunday for quick grabs during the week
2. Joined a water aerobics class
3. Joined Sparkspeople and groups that fit my needs
4. Take one day a week that I am not comitted to any obligations

Other Information:
Humor is the spice of life and what often keeps me going.

I have just read several of your blogs and I really, really like your 10 lb a year approach -- and the fact that you've kept it up for four years. Awesome and amazing!

I applaud your focus. Clearly you are evolving into a lifestyle that you can sustain forever -- and that is the goal. Congrats.

(Having said all this -- good luck on your 15 lb by summer plan:))
