Shall We Deduct Some Weight?
I've tried SparkPeople many times before so I'm going to skip the introductory. I shall try to post my journey to lose 50 lbs in my blog, perhaps other tidbits of my life as well. Exciting things are definitely afoot for me this time around. Join me, won't you?

My Goals:
Lose 50 lbs is the main goal. Be able to run without passing out is definitely the second goal.
My Program:
So far it's following along to Coach Nicole's fitness videos on here. I personally like the kick boxing ones. I will need to find a kettle bell routine since I have a 25 lb one at my disposal.
Other Information:
Incentives for every 5 lbs lost: 230 - 225 - 220 - 215 - 210 - 205 - 200 - 195 - 190 - 185 - 180 -
