keeping it up (or, occasionally, not)

ok. a couple years ago i lost ~15 lbs. stayed that weight a while but then got caught up doing other stuff and didn't continue losing or getting in shape, etc. went to norway for a semester, graduated, got stuck in the economy with a crappy job. eating and exercise habits lapsed completely and i crept up to around 153 (don't have a scale at my house so that's my best guess.)

now i'm trying to come around! i want to get more muscular and less jello-ey in my middle. i want to improve ...

consistency is the hardest thing for me to achieve. i will go all out and be perfect for a few days, even obsessive, then just give up. common story, i know! it's difficult for me to take things the slow way, easing into building healthy habits rather that going the whole hog all at once. so...here's trying.

My Goals:
-eat a balanced diet without too much junk. stop feeling entitled to yummy food. eat more veg!

-make exercise a habit rather than forcing myself! realistic preliminary goal: 3-4x/week

-get back into the 140s, preferably the lower reaches of the 40s! can't seem to get lower than 145, but i've never been very persistent
