What do I say about myself? Hmmmmmm.......... I am a 53 year old grandmom, with a wonderful family. I am creating a healthy lifestyle one day at a time. I like walking, hiking, and reading. I like to read cookbooks. :0 I am always trying new recipes. My short term goals are to lose 3- 5 pounds a month and to exercise 3 times a week. My long term goal is to lose 100 pounds. My creative side goal, is to play with my stained glass projects every day for at least an hour.

My Goals:
To lose the weight, to become healthy, and to be able to stop taking the Hypertension medication.

My Program:
Clean eating, following some menu ideas from SparkPeople, WW and Clean Eating Magazine. Cardio fitness plan is walking 3 times a week. Strength training plan, I visit Curves 3 times a week.
