"38" Time to lose the WEIGHT!

I am going to be 38 in September and I weigh 178-180lbs. I feel like crap and I hurt sitting or standing all the time. It's time to get REAL serious. I realized that I put a plan up here and then didn't use the site at all in the past 8 months. Not going to work that way. I quit the gym and joined another that is going to be right near my work. It doesn't have all the classes but I wasn't using them anyway. Strictly cardio and strength training. One of my employees joined as well so I should ...

I've been through a lot these past few months and I am mentally and physically beat. I can't focus at work and my job may be on the line. And when I'm done there I come home and sit right on the couch till bedtime. SO Unhealthy. My boyfriend wants and needs to lose weight so together I hope we can do anything.
