Hi there, my name is Marty. I'm in my 50's and I'm determined to get my shape back. SparkCoach has really helped with keeping me motivated, resolving a sleep issue and getting me into the exercise groove. Yet I am still struggling with my weight after 3 months. My calorie intake has decreased substantially but the scale is not moving. Nov 16 2012, at my wits end, started the Dukan diet.

- Ultimately, I will maintain my weight loss, feel zero discomfort when in my swimsuit, have thrown away all my fat clothes, have a fun new wardrobe, and I will have my sparkle back.

- No Excuses. Do It.
- Dukan Diet, starting Nov 16 2012
- Exercise 250 minutes each week
- Get to bed on time
- Do breathing exercises when feeling stressed
