I found the following on the Kashi.com web site and wanted to pass it on to you. I know I found it useful to reflect on my goals and plan for the next week.

"Use structure – Sign up for a class, exercise at the start of your day…anything you can do to ritualize your best habits."
It is a fruity food fight . . . you've just been hit with a juicy bunch of grapes . . . so enjoy an extra fruit or vegetable today.
As part of the September SLC Sparkers Back 2 School - Back 2 the Basics, I am encouraging everyone to eat a minimum of 5 fruits/vegetables each day . . . 5 a day for improved health! So I have tagged you to start today’s fruity food fight.
Oops those can get messy!
The challenge is for you to eat an extra fruit or vegetable right now . . . then pass on the fruity food fight to another Salt Lake City Sparker. Let's get everyone involved to enjoy some fresh fruits or vegetables before the cool weather puts an end to our delicious local produce.
Remember to join the Team Goal and track your progress on eating 5 fruits/vegetables each and every day! It is key for achieving a healthy lifestyle.
