Hello ~
My name is Tina, I am happily married and we have a young son and live in WI.
I have been on "Spark" for awhile now but, haven't REALLY even gotten the full effect of what it all has to offer here yet.
I search on and off and have yet to get myself on a rountine of healthy eating and overall lifestyle.
I keep coming back here in hopes of one day realizing.......WHY it is that I am actually here.

My Goals:
Beginning with baby steps of weekly exercise and portion control.
Slowly weaning myself from soda pop.
My Program:
Exercising at least a few days a week.
Learning how to control my portions of food.
Controlling my late night eating.
I am currently taking OM3 (fish oil) capsules 3x day and taking 1 tsp Maca Powder daily.

Happily married and we have a handsome, fun-loving, little boy who was born in 2005.
I was diagnosed with Endometriosis in 1996.
I developed Preeclampsia towards the end of my pregnancy.
My dear DAD (GENE) passed away in 2006.
He was one of the GREATEST men on Earth.
He was the BEST DAD and FRIEND a person could ask for!
And would have FINALLY been a GRANDPA for the FIRST TIME.
I love him & miss him dearly!!!
Other Information:
I also enjoy; gardening, outdoor summer activities, cookouts, dining out, movies, computer fun, music/concerts, road trips, picnics, zoos, photography/scrapbooking,
spending quality time with family and talking to other's.
