Starting Again For My Healthly Body
I no longer want to look at the scale and be frightened by what I see what my weight is. I am ready to loose this weight for good and want a healthily lean body I used to have in my early 20's. I have changed my eating habits and more activity in my daily routine. I am back again updating my profile because of many issues and set backs I have had with my health. I no longer want to look at the scale and be frightened by what I see what my weight is. I am ready to loose this weight for good and want a healthily lean body I used to have in my early 20's. I have changed my eating habits and more activity in my daily routine. I am back again updating my profile because of many issues and set backs I have had with my health. I had successful journey first time around with loosing 70lbs but have found it again. I am now at the point of 290lbs and can't stand it anymore! When I began this journey back in 2009 I was at 300lbs and went down to 230lbs it took a year and a half of hard work. Now starting that downward climb from 290lbs which is my starting point TODAY again and my last time to have to write that number in my intro. Recently, I have been having lots of health issues with my back pain since September. I have been dealing with a pinched nerve in my spine which is horrible pain everyday. I have been to a pain specialist have had three epidurals to help reduce the pain. Now I'm off to see a surgeon on Jan 19th, 2012 to see what my options are if surgery is needed. I am 36 years old and want want to have a family with my husband who is an awesome man that I love. I have PCOS which makes it a challenge to get pregnant. We've been trying for a long time without success. My goal is to loose this weight so it is possible for me to become pregnant and have a child. I want to set a good example for any children I may have in the future. It is very hard not to cry while typing this because it is like a roller coaster of life's ups and downs with my weight.

My Program:
I am on a 1200 calorie diet with low carbs, low fats. Going to the GYM 5 days a week with Cardio and Strength Training.
