Every day I add fitness in, is a day I consider a SUCCESS!!!!

I am 41 years old, and have been married to my high school sweetheart for 24 years. I have two boys age 21 & 19. I tend to have a little OCD which for me isn't a problem, but other people seem to think I'm a bit nuts at times. I take pride in how I look and feel and have always tried to do my best to stay active and healthy.

My Goals:
I just want to be healthy & active. I have a pretty high metabolism and lots of energy but like anyone else I can get off track too. Once I get started with something I'm pretty good about sticking with it. The main thing I have changed is adding fitness back in to my daily routine and just watching my portions, oh and how much junk food I eat. I more conscious about how many extra calories something might be before I put it in my mouth.

My Program:
*3 days a week - Spin Class - 60 minutes
*2-3 days a week - Strength Train
*2 days a week - Yoga - 60 minutes
On weekends I will either go on a long bike ride, enter a local marathon or walk on the treadmill or outside.

Personal Information:
I am from a small town in Western Washington, but moved to another small town in Eastern Washington with my family in 1999. I like the change of pace and enjoy the many nicer days where I can be outside. I spend most of my spare time with my family and friends just enjoying life. I ride motorcycles to relax and just reflect on how good life is.
