I read your comment on "30 somethings" page and wanted to respond. One thing to keep in mind, you didn't gain the weight in one month, so it will take longer than that to get it back off :) This is hard to remember when all we want to see if the scale go down! Have you measured yourself? You may be losing inches, especially after a month. Increasing your cardio (but increasing your calories) might help too. It did for me. I manually entered the amount of calories I wanted to burn in a week and my caloric intake adjusted. I force myself to reach that "calories burned" goal each day. That's where I've seen progress. Good luck, it's hard work, but you'll get there. It WILL come off :)
One more thing...make sure you are tracking everything, everyday. It really does make a difference!
