Fighting Back

My wight has been a consistent problem since I left high school. I have been out of school for 40 years and I still have that problem. I have made a mess of my body in the past, but I am going to turn things around with a lot of help from you and a lot of determination from me. I only hope that I can live up to my end of the bargain.

Over all, I my goal is to lose 171 lbs. Every month I want to lose a minimum of 6 lbs. If I don't meet my goal, well I have lost some weight anyway.

My Program:
*Tracking Food to stay in calorie range and nutritional range
Working for consistancy in exercising each day. 10 min. for now, but increasing to at least 30 minutes each day.
Drinking 10 eight oz of water each day.
* keeping my head in the game by reading Spark articles and talking with Sparkmembers.

Good morning from the Countdown to Spring team! I hope you are having a healthy, fabulous week so far. Can you believe that there is less than a week until the first day of Spring? (It sure doesn't feel like it in my neck of the woods, though!) Let's make the most of these final days of the challenge...and then keep that momentum going! We can accomplish a lot if we just commit to doing our best one day at a time. We are worth the effort!

having fun is the best exercise of all...finding things one likes really does help...not sure why but walking is my favorite thing, it helps me relax and feel better all at the same time....

I think a 62 year old can do what ever she wants.....lol

When I am jogging I say should I be jogging, then I think heck I'm blessed to be able to walk let alone jog....and I keep going...

baseball should be fun and great exercise....
