Fighting Back

My wight has been a consistent problem since I left high school. I have been out of school for 40 years and I still have that problem. I have made a mess of my body in the past, but I am going to turn things around with a lot of help from you and a lot of determination from me. I only hope that I can live up to my end of the bargain.

Over all, I my goal is to lose 171 lbs. Every month I want to lose a minimum of 6 lbs. If I don't meet my goal, well I have lost some weight anyway.

My Program:
*Tracking Food to stay in calorie range and nutritional range
Working for consistancy in exercising each day. 10 min. for now, but increasing to at least 30 minutes each day.
Drinking 10 eight oz of water each day.
* keeping my head in the game by reading Spark articles and talking with Sparkmembers.

you can stop your trend. Weight goes up and down. the trick is to keep it going in an overall downward trend... kind of like the stock market. Just think of it as temporary gain like a blip on a warning radar to get serious, not impending doom.

Hi...thanks for your comments on my sparkpage. The names of my novels are Detours of the Heart, which is set in Maine, and Stony Creek Diner which is set in Montana.
