My Goals:
It's time to stop starting to lose weight and make getting healthy a priority. This isn't starting anew, this is picking up in the middle on a long road to getting my life back.

My Program:
I am going to exercise a little every day and eat a balanced meal full of fruits, veggies, and a reasonable calorie restriction.

Personal Information:
I'm a first time mother living in Huntsville, AL with my husband, son, and two dogs. I write when I can, play in the garden as often as I wish, and am starting to learn to quilt.
