I want to looked ripped!!!!!!!!!!!! I love lifting weights and want that cap on the arms and the defined thighs. I will never be skinny, I have too much muscle for that. I am also 5'8"

on synthroid and hormone therapy - upped thyroid meds... need hormones checked I guess... :0( this is awful

I have been sleeping A LOT! And soundly! Like 9-10 hours a night. I am feeling better now, not as tired during the day anymore, I really do notice if I eat too little fat now.

I have not been doing the BAB, I have been sleeping in too long! I have been taking my breakfast bakes or sandwiches to work and eating it there. I think this week I might try something else, maybe egg salad? IDK yet. A work in progress!
