This is my baby, Little Tucker - and me...this picture is a big reason why I decided to lose weight

This is Tucker's brand-spanky new saddle.

One more picture of Little Tucker - I need to get pictures of my other horses up here.

I have 3 pics in my gallery

I've had a food/diet/weight problem for my entire life. I don't want it to be my 'crutch' anymore - I want to do the things I enjoy (like riding my horses) without being hampered by the extra pounds.

My Goals:
I want to ride my old Appy, True again - I retired him because I was afraid that he couldn't carry my weight anymore.

I don't want to spend the rest of my life thinking about what I'm going to have for supper - I'm tired of being food-focused.

My Program:
I'm using the food tracker and I do barn chores and work my horses for fitness.

Hey Girlie!

Long time since I've stopped by...sorry emoticon . Just getting over the flu which kicked my butt!!

Soooo, tell's it going?? Are you staying on track? I know I haven't, BUT that's not going to stop me from picking myself up and moving forward. I'm taking baby steps towards getting myself back on track. Still have that deadline for December 31st!

Pop me a note when you get the chance, we have some catching up to do!!!

You got yourself a deal! I know it's going to take some time to get into the swing of things. Like you, I'm going to fall off the wagon, but hopefully I can recognize it early and jump right back on.

My family doctor is one of my soundboards believe it or not. She's the same age as me, has children the same age as mine, and she has struggled with weight issues and has conquered them. I'm very honest with her and she's extremely honest with

You get big kudos for rescuing Tucker from the slaughter house. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Tucker is gorgeous! I miss owning horses, had them growing up in Ohio. emoticon And he has a beautiful saddle to boot...lucky boy.

I know what you mean by being food-focused; it seems the hard you focus, the more you tend to eat...go figure. I discovered the nutrition tracker is BIG help. It's shown me exactly what I'm eating, how much and how bad or good the choice are.

I'm jealous that you get to work with horses on a daily bases, we have to "rent" a horse were I live now...big bummer. But it is one of my goals to be able to horseback ride again.

I've added you as one of my sparkfriends so that we can help each other and I get see more pictures of

I wish nothing but the best of luck on your journey to a healthier life-style! emoticon emoticon emoticon
