My fourth time getting serious about my health and weight after having three children, my thyroid removed, and PCOS.
Goal 1: lose 15 pounds and be under 200 pounds...met this goal by June 21, 2012, thought I am tweeting.
Goal 2: lose 12 additional pounds to be at 188, the maximum weighty allowed to be in the overweight category, not obese, for my height. I would love not to be considered obese. Would like to reach this goal by labor day, I have 9 more weeks from today.
Goal 3: By Halloween, I would like to be under 180 pounds, giving me a little wiggle room for slowe weight loss later.
Goal 4: By Christmas 2013, I would like to be at under 170, really close to a healthy BMI, giving me time to celebrate the holidays and not be pressured.
Goal 5: by Valentine's Day 2024' I would
Ike to weight 165 pounds, then I wouldn't even be considered overweight by BMI standards and would not be overweight for my birthday in March...39 years old.
Goal 6: by summer 2014, I would like to weigh 160.... This was close to my prewedding weight.
Goal 7: by the time
Healthy breakfast high protein cereal, fruit, coffee, skim milk, water
Mid morning snack 150 calories, protein and fruit or veggie
Lunch: 2 veggies at lunch, no more than 450 calories
Dinner: 2 veggies, protein, maybe a starch...leave 150 calories at least for snack on tracker
Late snack: under 200 calories, water if needed, go to bed if feeling more snacky.
