Interestingly, to me, I am not sure what to say.

I have recently realized that I am almost a senior citizen. I never thought I would get there, but it feels good.

I have been on a diet since I was about 12 and have gained and lost thousands of pounds. I find the tracking on line, with visual supports, really helps.

My Goals:
My goal for February 11 is to not binge. A second goal is to record everything I put in my mouth.

My Program:
Getting exercise in is no longer an issue for me. It has taken me 4 years but it is now part of my life, five days a week. I exercise 50 to 60 minutes a day. Three days a week it is all cardio. Two days a week it is about 30 minutes of cardio and 30 of weight training. Need to apply this discipline to what I put in my mouth.

Personal Information:
I am 64. I suffer from arthiritis but have become much stronger and have regained some of my range of motion and balance through my exercise program (over the last 4 years - was definitely not instantaneous). I have over a hundred pounds to lose. I am a binge eater and a mindles eater (have no connection between my brain and what I put in my mouth).

Other Information:
I like to read mysteries, but unfortunately mindlessly eat while I read. I also quilt and am learning to machine embroider.
