My name is Myisha ! I am a mother, student, and fashion entrepreneur. Recently I had a new baby boy so now I am back and motivated to get rid of this baby weight! I have also joined weight watchers which is really teaching me the importance of proper nutrition. It has not been an easy journey by far, as I still have cravings.. BUT today is a new day and I am going to cut out the old and began anew!! I cant wait to post my before and after photos!! Stay tuned as I push myself in the best shape of my life!

Leslie Sansone said " your body was not made for sitting, it was made for motion" I have allowed myself to let go and now I am going to allow my self to get in control. As Janet Jackson says " I want to be the one in control "

There is a mind , body, spirit connection! When you are physically healthy it helps to balance out your mental and emotional state of Mind!!

My Goals:
*Lose 15 pounds by 4/30/10 my birthday!!!

*Get fit to enjoy physical activity with Micah , and Melech !!
* Eventually become a certified fitness guru!!



My Program:
Turbo Fire Hit 30 and Fire 30 workout and core 20. Zumba twice a week and Chalene extreme 3 days a week!! Not to mention Weight Watchers Eating Clean and Lean!

I am working mother and full figured fashion forward diva!! LOL.. I am the most down to earth, fun loving person but still fashion forward diva! Fashion is my passion!! I love empowering women, and youth to believe in making the impossible possible. I am currently challenging myself mind , body, and spirit for a better future! I am on a journey toward my " personal legend" We are all on a journey of some kind! My goal is to make a better future for myself and my son, but overcoming objections and jumping over the obstacles that may be along the way. Living Loving and Laughing! Embracing change!

    Hi! I am doing well. Had to change up my program (food) a bit and its paying off.

    Did you get the weights? I really like them. Not the select techs (my dream weights) but its a lot better than pulling 4-5 sets of weights out, that's for sure.

    You are doing great with your weight loss. I'm just a few lbs heavier than you now. I weigh 217lbs. So I'm on a journey to get it down to 160lb too.

    Last year, i went from 223lb to 183lb in like 5 months. But gained it all back. If you keep going the way you are, in about 6 months you should reach your goal if not sooner.

    Like I said, I tried to do it with bands but my muscles weren't fatiguing at all. No matter how much I tensed them up. Bands are great, I just don't think they work for that program b/c you are doing slow reps and going for failure by 12th rep. I went out and bought additional bands but still, no help.

    I blogged last night on some weights I bought at WalMart yesterday. Check it out, they may be just what you need.
