Time to get motivated!! I just turned 31 and have struggled with my weight throughout my 20's after having my 2 wonderful kiddos. I'm tired of the bad habits I've allowed myself to fall into, and am seeing them lived through in my kids now. It's time to change our way of life!!

My Goals:
Obviously, I want to live a healthier lifestyle. But as far as my weight goals go, I would like to be in the healthy weight range for my height, which means I've got between 50-80 lbs. to lose.

My Program:
I have some simple goals:
-Walking every day
-Drinking 8 glasses of water
-Counting calories every day
-Playing "Just Dance" on the Wii for 1/2 hour with my daughter 3days/week
-Finding active things to do with my family instead of just going to the movies and eating out all the time!!

Congrats on your very healthy attitude! The true key to success isn't in strict adherence to a specific diet or exercise plan but it is recognising when we need to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and get on with it. Here's to you and your new efforts!
