I really want to push myself on my fitness goal. This week's my goal is 15 miles.
*Made it 9.5 miles and I'm calling for a do over since we were on vacation.

So, between July 5 and July 12 I'm going to make it 15 miles. Also, I'm going to complete section 1 of Made to Crave!

Sorry not to have respond sooner but my back went out, I still lost 3bls. May be because I could not get up and go to the kitchen. Any way, to us both onward and upward. Oh, my goal is to drop 2lbs this week and to pamper my back.
