My Goals:
To realize what a gift each day is and to take advantage of each.


My Program:
M-F at the ROC gym using treadmill and weights.

Try to get 5 days in of at least 45 - 60 minutes each session



Other Information:
My favorite movies are DANCES WITH WOLVES and THE SOUND OF MUSIC (although there are many others I love)

My favorite book is SNOW FALLING ON CEDARS. For some reason this book was a great read and has stayed with me for many years.

I love reading, play the dulcimer, enjoy being outdoors when the weather permits, enjoy movies, especially good comedies where you laugh hard. Love Meslissa McCarthy, she always makes me laugh.
