welcome to my world

Im a mom of three little girls ages 12, 7, and 1 and it seems for the last 12 yrs I have been worrying about everyone and forgot about me! Now im in my 30's and look in the mirror and think WOW when did I let this happen! I have battled my weight all my life, I had been doing very well and lost 30 lbs in 5 months then After my wedding I fell off the wagon. Im back on it now and going to win this war.

To be nobody but yourself in a world which is doing its best, night and day, ...

My Goals:
My main goal is to be healthy. I would also love to be able to play sports with my kids, without needing a break. I want to be able to shop in the "normal sizes" I hate shopping in the "plus sizes"!

My Program:
I am starting again. Its been a war so far but I have found a way to exercise and like it.I do the Wii fit 3-5 times a week, I try to do my fitness coach 3-5 times a week and use the eliptical atleast 2 times a week. The nice weather is now here so I will be walking as well. I am trying ver hard to make sure i write down everything I eat, even on weekends!
