She recently hurt her foot and is doing amazing things! She has also lost 200 pounds!!!!
As a new mom, fighting for sleep and health, my suggestion is to may e slow down a little bit and focus on a few small changes u til you feel stable then build on that.When you do too mMich too fast, you will likely burn out. When I started I began by getting g my nutrition in order. staying between the ranges and tracking my food, getting all my water in and understanding what I was eating and the changes I could live with forever.
