Hello everyone! My name is Todd and my goal is to lose 110 lbs so I can begin to play hockey and basketball again without being winded . I would love to mountain climb and possibly hike up a mountain range. The weight loss will also help me develop a healthy relationship with food, not one brought on by stress and strife.

I also know there is so much more in life I want to experience but I cannot do it until I lose my love for unhealthy calories. It is time to put some hustle behind this muscle.

- Have the ability to perform long-distance hiking

My Program:
- 10 push-ups daily

- 10 sit-ups daily

- Walk/run 2-2.5 miles 4 days a week

- Ultimately jog a mile comfortably
