Things are going okay. I finally got serious about this and have been tracking my food and working out more regularly. Although I haven't been running I was looking forward to getting back out there since it is supposed to be nice out this week and my sinuses are acting up. Grr... Hope all is well with you!

Well, this week was quite an adventure. I am not a runner and never have been. So I started a training program this week. I went and bought new shoes yesterday and the store is has a beginning running program on Mondays. Well I'm out of town this Monday so the guy gave me what to do this week and I'm going to attempt their program instead. So we shall see. Did you enjoy the 2 days of awesome weather? Hope you have a great Easter weekend!

Hey! How was your week? This wasn't the best week for working out. I was so hoping for the weather to stay nice. I did walk on 2 of my lunches this week so that was good. They say it's going to be nice this week. I hate doing cardio at the gym. I'd rather walk outside. Hope you are having a good weekend!
