My Road to a Healthy Me!

I'm 20 and at college. I want to get down to 120-125 lbs. Sadly, I lack initiative which makes it hard to actually work out. I want to be able to be confident about myself and not be afraid to play sports with my friends. I've recently been diagnosed as pre-diabetic and diabetes runs in my family so I want to be able to prevent it.
