OK.....like many others, I've played the "diet game" for years - basically for as long as I can remember! And, I really don't have much to show for it! So, I've decided: it's not about losing weight, but about being fit and healthy and becoming the role model I want to be for my family! So......here I go!!

* Be a role model for my daughters!

* Become more active and healthy by performing cardio 3-4 times a week with at least 10 minutes of strength training daily!

* Lose 25 pounds by Christmas 2011



BMI Goals:
Currently Severly Obese: 37.4 - 260.5 lbs

Goal 1:
Obese 34.9 - 243 lbs

Goal 2:
Slightly Overweight 30 - 209 lbs

Goal 3:
Heallthy 25 - 174 lbs

My Program:
Fall 5% Challange:

Move daily!
Track daily!
Post daily!
Live Good Life daily!
Support the dawgs....constantly!

If I meet this weight goal, I move from severly obese to just obese! WOW!!! I must leave 250land!

TY hon, for the sympathy in the passing of Wincey. Of course my heart is BROKEN over this. I DO love having the new kitten/cat. She and I will continue to grow on each other.

How are you doing? Soon we sign up for the WINTAH challenge,,and I SURE HOPE U WILL JOIN US ! I know your life is extremely busy, but you've IMPRESSED ME SOOO MUCH ! Despite ALL the traveling, or maybe BECAUSE OF IT , you have MADE SP and the challenges WORK FOR YOU !! WOOHOOOOO YOU Have QUITE THE SPIRIT and I REALLY ADMIRE ALL your doing ! its NOT EASY , but yet, look at the EXAMPLE your setting for the girls !!! I HOPE I am doing the same for my GrandD !

WELCOME back from the 3 weeks travel !! WOW What WORK that WAS huh?!!! So happy you are BACK HOME !!!! now you can RELAX in ur OWN BED at night and wake up REFRESHED and ready to FACE the DAY !! WOOOHOOOOOOO !!!!!!! The current challenge is to track our sleep and excerise daily. WOOHOOOO! So that SLEEP you SO BADLY need please record on our team page ,,for we BADLY need your HRS, but MORE IMPORTANTLY we want to SEE HOW YOU ARE DOING !! Diane ML
