Our desires direct our choices, our choices become our actions, and our actions define our character. I desire to be a better person, inside and out, I choose to do what is going to be healthy for my body, mind, and spirit. I am taking action to eat right, exercise, study, ponder, and pray for help and answers. I see the changes within and without. What's more is others see them and are inspired and it SPARKs desires, choices, and actions of their own. Let your light shine- share your Spark!

Eat less at a time, more often throughout the day, making calories count toward good nutrition. Try new foods and recipes and find new ways to incorporate taste into low calorie, low fat meals.
Cardio at least 30 or more minutes 6-7 days.
ST 2-3 times per week, especially focusing on upper body for strength and lean muscle.
Most importantly and fun- keeping involved in a variety of fitness challenges with SparkTeams!
I focus on pushing myself and working extra hard at the times I don't feel like doing anything.
Originally from Montana, I now live in Emmett, Idaho. I love it here, it is a quiet close knit community, with beauty and a moderate climate ideal for walking. I have been married to my loving and understanding husband for 16 years now and our kids are Justin, 18, AJ, 14, and Cherokee, 6. My hobbies are arts and crafts of all kinds, web design, active video games, (yay wii!!!) and of course my new one, exercise, exercise, exercise.
