On February 4 2011, I was fed up being the wife with the big belly and love handles. (My husband and mother in law occasionally liked to make jokes about my belly, I looked like I was 3 months pregnant) and decided to sign up for the local Pilates class. My problem was that although I have lost 20 pounds within 6 months, my belly was still sticking out and part of skin on my body were sagging. On February 4 2011, I was fed up being the wife with the big belly and love handles. (My husband and mother in law occasionally liked to make jokes about my belly, I looked like I was 3 months pregnant) and decided to sign up for the local Pilates class. My problem was that although I have lost 20 pounds within 6 months, my belly was still sticking out and part of skin on my body were sagging. So I did Pilates and cardio everday for a total of 2 hours for 4 months. To make the long story short, all the sagging parts became firm and my posture became better. I felt like I was 18 again. Now my current challenge is to continue to do Pilates everyday and declutter my apartment and my life. Looking forward to talking to people who have similar goals like me.
