Can't wait for the day when my pants fall off for everyone to see!!

I am a mother of two very active boys. While I was pregnant with my second child I developed hypothyroidism and gained WAY too much weight. I am still trying to get it regulated but I am also trying to get healthy and lose some of the weight too. I am tired of being the "fat" one. I want to be able to be confident and WOW man too. I am a daycare provider and a mother, I need more energy to chase after the little ones and have fun (and not jiggle while I run LOL). I need support and ...

I need support and motivation because I am too busy and just never had much self motivation. One big challenge is finding the time to excersize and finding healthy, fresh food that I am not allergic to.

My Goals:
#1 : Get down to 140 by my 30th birthday!!!

OVERALL: Eat healthy, lose weight, get meds regulated, EXERCISE daily, LOSE WEIGHT, look good and feel good.

My Program:
Exercise for 20 minutes before each meal (my goal anyway). Drink 8oz water before each meal and snack, first thing in the morning and before bed. Only 2 glasses of wine a week. No more soda!! Eating mostly "natural foods", unprocessed and fresh, low or non-fat.
