My name is Tammy. I am a 40 year old married mother of 3. I like to craft, reading photography and watching movies. I started my journey (this time) on 4/13/14 at 427.9 pounds and my long term goal is to be down to 200 pounds by May 2016 when my sons graduate high school. My current short term goal is to get to 385 . By July 4th 2014. So that gives me 6 weeks to loose 27.2 lbs...

My Goals:
Long term goal - 200 lbs by my boys graduation May 2016 (approx. May 23)

My Program:
Eating healthy. Getting more mobile and loosing weight.... Just eating healthier and smaller portions. Start Exercising ...got to make myself sweat :)

Personal Information:
I live in a small Ohio town with my husband who is a truck driver and our two teenage sons. We also have an adult daughter who doesn't live at home.

Other Information:
I love to read, crochet, quilt, do lots of crafts. I love photography and watch movies. Love BBQing and spending time with my family.
