Nice to see you back on spark!

I found a great sparkteam. Natural Health Using Herbs, Supplements & Vitamins. It's a great team, full of life and info. There are many new topics and if you ask a question you get lots of responses.

So, again, emoticon back

I responded to a blog you wrote awhile back. Since I'm not sure you'll see my response I'm posting on your page. I am interested in finding out how you did on your SB/SP program. I was drawn to your blog because of the folate issue.

I hope you have a wonderful week! Are you digging out of snow? emoticon

Barb,

thank you so much for responding to my question about new years goals. Your dream board idea sounds as if it would be very motivating every time you look at it. Great idea.....Hmmmmmmm. I'm thinking now about what I would do for a dreamboard! Wow--this is what I love about SP--great ideas from fellow members!

Hi Barb,

Here are the directions for the outing:

Here are directions to Stratham Hill Park. Our pavilion, Scamman Pavilion, is straight back from the parking lot, up a slight hill, but you'll probably be able to see us!
