My Goals are to lose weight so I can be a healthier, positive, and more energetic me! I want to be a great role model for my kids.

Walk my first half marathon in 4:00 or under!
DONE! First in 3:22, Second in 3:06!!

Counting and logging my food.

Smaller portions with sips between bites.

Exercise and work up to doing intervals mixed with strength training.
