My Goals:
My major goal is to improve my health and loose weight, after that I would like to start doing in weight training.

My Program:
I am watching my calories and making sure I exercise at least 3 times a week.

Other Information:
I am trying to better my health for myself and for my kids. I gained alot of weight during pregnancy and due to having hashimotoes disease which enabled me to gain weight rapidly no matter what I did.
