Health Kick!
My name is Rene' and I'm back to the basics with the help of SP. I've been a member for two years now and I'm proud of myself for taking my health seriously. It's been hard work and slow progress, but at least the progression is going the way I want it, not falling down the hill!

My Goals:
Shed 48 pounds;achieve philosophical enlightenment; open a plastic sealed electronic container package without use of a chainsaw; achieve profound peace by eliminating all cellphones within a 500 yard radius; and discover the world's finest chocolatier. ( Not necessarily simultaneously).
My Program:
I'm definitely a carrot stick girl. Right now, the three week challenges I see on the challenge boards have given me great motivation to reach my goals!
Personal Information:
I'm afraid of heights. My cat is not. Sweets are not as much of a temptation for me as potato chips and french fries, or anything potato, usually served with a cold beer.
