My Goals:
Lose 52 pounds by July 15.

My Program:
Food: 1200 - 1500 cal/day

Ex: Mix of stability ball, Pilates, Yoga, kettlebell, dumbbell, resistance band, step, stationary bike, DVD's, whatever it takes to make it a little interesting.

Strength: 20 min x 4 / week
Cardio: 30 min x 3 /week

Personal Information:
Old, tired, and not especially excited to be doing this again.
