This is so true. You don't have to be motivated to get out there - just get out there.

It doesn't matter if it is mispelled - you cross the finish line anyway.

Your life is ticking what are you going to do today?

Just trying to lose weight and get fit like everyone else.

I started as high as 195 lbs. Have lost over 45 lbs to get to 150 lbs or so. Would like to get to 138 lbs and hold around there. Have moved from overweight to normal weight. Qualified for life insurance at age 45. Feel much better and look much better now that I have lost 45 lbs.

No, I didn't realize you were running until I heard your name as I was sitting by the finish line. I ran around looking at bibs to see if I could find you.
Yes, I'm doing the whole series this year.

You are right about the seasons. Mea Culpa. I take a break during the hectic holidays, run on the treadmill or indoor track with its below freezing, but I find a way to get it in. The humidity I can tolerate more than the sub-freezing weather.

emoticon for your blog support! Many happy miles this summer, although do you consider this running season like us northerners?
