For my girls

I love to workout. I am a newly certified personal trainer and children's fitness specialist. My biggest issue is nutrition. I hit a plateau and I know its because of my diet. I need more motivation and info to change how I fuel my body!

My Goals:
I have so many goals but my primary short term goals are to run a 5K without stopping to walk, lose 5 more pounds and tone up some more.

My Program:
I exercise 3-6 days per week. I run/do abs/bike on Monday with volleyball games at night. Wed is full body weight training. Thursday I practice Tai Chi. Friday is another full body weight training circuit. As the weather warms I'll start running/biking on Sat with my family.

Personal Information:
I currently live in RI but we are a military family who moves alot. We're moving again this summer. I am a former Naval officer and current Navy spouse. I am also the mom of two awesome little girls.
