I really just want to be fit and healthy. While "thin" would be nice it is not required. As long as I can be active and play games with my son I will be happy.

My Program:
*tracking everything I put in my mouth!
*strength training 3x a week
*cardio 5x week
*eating my fruit and veggies

You're not that far away from breaking 200 yourself. You have to give yourself credit for how far you've already come.... 30 lbs is a major accomplishment! We can do this... we just have to keep on keeping on!

I just wanted to say thanks for the comments on my blog today. Those are some good tips and I probably should try to change things up a bit. I think I'll try a couple new things at the gym tonight!
