Short term: To lose 20 by the first day of summer
I drink water...all the time now it seems. Lol! I left the sodas, fruit juices and Vitamin Waters alone. The fried breaded stuff and fast food (except Subway) had to go also. For the moment Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisines are my friends. I've recently attempted to cook more though.
I also eat more often during the day...but in smaller doses than before. I used to eat 2 big meals a day...not good at all. lol
