My Program:
I drink water...all the time now it seems. Lol! I left the sodas, fruit juices and Vitamin Waters alone. The fried breaded stuff and fast food (except Subway) had to go also. For the moment Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisines are my friends. I've recently attempted to cook more though.

I also eat more often during the day...but in smaller doses than before. I used to eat 2 big meals a day...not good at all. lol

Hi, it's been a while, just stopping by to see how things are going. I have not been a good weight loss patient, boy have I fell by the wayside, and the thing is, I know I'm doing all the wrong things, but keep sabotaging myself, I see myself climbing the ladder upward and just won't take control. Enough with me how are you doing.
