My Goals:
I go on and off Sparks page, among others as well. My goal is to get down to 150 lbs., for a normal BMI. I started at 250 lbs back in 2008 and I was down to 186 as of 7/20/11. Starting today, 2/01/13, I am back up to 196 lbs. Back on track again. I like to keep the above to see how good I am doing. It's March 15, and I am down to 189 lbs. Whoop, whoop. I'm super excited for my mid-term goal and journey to continue to my goal. I am re-reading the Sparks books to do the phases. Let's do this thing!

My Program:
Various, but I really like the South Beach Diet, because you can eat so many good foods and let's face it here, we all LOVE food!

Other Information:
I like outdoor exercises and to be out doing something fun. I even purchased a Disneyland pass, to get my walking in. Ha ha.....pretty clever eh! It has helped tremendously. There are so many activities that are fun and you can lose weight doing them. You just have to find them.

I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the Chair Exercise TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
